We are Captain Rick and Christina McAleer USCG 100 Ton Master and certified off shore marine medical techs. We have logged over 100,000 nautical miles from New Orleans to the Chesapeake in our 20 plus years of experience.

We started Island Tours in 1992 as owner operators of a multi-hull 150 passenger day boat serving tour operators out of Orlando, St Petersburg and Tampa.  Vessel operations, maintenance, planning and compliance with USCG safety and regulatory requirements prepped us for our next step, Captain and First Mate aboard Lazzara Yachts to 94 feet.

We completed the build and christened Lazzara hull # 7621 January 1997 and started a very busy cruise schedule of over 250 days a year until she was sold in 2001.  We opened RPS Management November 2001 offering our Mega yacht expertise to yacht owners who desire the pristine look, peace of mind and investment protection a professional yacht crew provides.
